Our division offers vocational rehabilitation programs and services to assist people with disabilities to prepare for, secure, retain or regain employment.
Our team is committed to ensuring that individuals with disabilities have opportunities to compete for and enjoy high quality employment. We collaborate with individuals with disabilities and community partners to empower individuals to maximize their employment, working towards economic self-sufficiency and independence.

Warren County Community Health Coalition – Warren Coalition – is a nonprofit agency established in 1994 to help fill the gaps in health care and substance abuse awareness to the community. The Coalition began under the guidance of Warren Memorial Hospital as an outreach project, but has since grown and was incorporated in 2001. The office is currently located in the Warren County Community Center.

ELEMENTS is a Warren County Public Schools transition program for students that have graduated with an Applied Studies diploma. The ELEMENTS program, currently located at The Raymond E. Santmyers Youth Center in Front Royal, provides students with adult living skills and job readiness skills through direct instruction and community based instruction.
