Warren County Community Health Coalition – Warren Coalition – is a nonprofit agency established in 1994 to help fill the gaps in health care and substance abuse awareness to the community. The Coalition began under the guidance of Warren Memorial Hospital as an outreach project, but has since grown and was incorporated in 2001. The office is currently located in the Warren County Community Center.
Community Alternatives Virginia's Day Program helps individuals achieve their goals and give them opportunities for social interaction. We help individuals with IDD experience their communities and develop the necessary skills to pursue their own interests.
Our mission is to advise the Superintendent and School Board of any needs regarding the education of children with special needs and disabilities; and,
to collaboratively serve as a resource of support and information for all individuals involved in educating children with special needs and disabilities.
